ECONOMIC COOPERATION

Indonesia has been enjoying a demographic dividend over the last 40 years. The working population has been growing faster than the population of non-working, according to the Worldbank. However, the German Federal Bank (Deutsche Bundesbank) reported in December 2023, that the slowing down of the economy is expected to recover in 2024-2026, albeit with a delay. HKBP, as Indonesia’s third largest religious organization is working together with the government of Jakarta Training Centre to equip the young to face global challenges to become a blessing for Germany
